The purchase of real-estate has become increasingly complicated. In a perfect world, dealing with one "agent" for the purchase and sale of your property would be ideal however a question comes to mind: "WHO DOES THE AGENT REPRESENT?" Can a lawyer represent both the plaintiff and the accused? Why would an "agent" represent both the Buyer and the Seller in any transaction? A situation which could very well be perceived as a "conflict of interest."
